Q Chat Space aims to help LGBTQ+ and questioning teens ages 13-19 find community and connect with peers in a supportive environment that encourages them to feel pride in their identity and increases their mental well-being, all of which is too often missing from their lives. These goals are achieved through providing live, chat-based discussion groups, facilitated by experienced staff and volunteers from youth programs at LGBTQ+ centers across the United States. Check ourchat schedule to learn more about the topics and times for the upcoming chats!
Q Chat Space is project of CenterLink in collaboration with PFLAG and Planned Parenthood.
Q Chat Space chats are facilitated by caring, trained, and verified facilitators! They are staff and volunteers from youth programs at LGBTQ+ centers across the United States. They are in the chats to guide the conversations and help if anything comes up.
Please be advised that Q Chat Space facilitators are not medical or mental health professionals and cannot provide crisis intervention.
